If you are not satisfied with your purchase, return the item in its original condition and with its original shipping box within 30 days. We will gladly exchange your item for another one.
Once an exchange is ready, your new item(s) will be shipped to you as soon as we receive your returning package and any additional payment which is required is fulfilled.
Shoes must be tried on a carpeted surface until you are certain you are keeping them.
Items must be returned new, unused, unmarked and in their original undamaged box as this is considered part of the product.
Shoes or products that are returned damaged, soiled, or without their original packaging box, or with marked, soiled or damaged soles will not be accepted. In this case you will receive an email notifying you the shipping costs to re-ship your items back to you.
You may return the goods by any secure means. We don’t assume any responsibility for reimbursement or compensation in the event that return packages are lost, stolen, or mishandled.
We reserve the right to refuse return of any merchandise that does not meet the return requirements listed above.
