We have taken great care to ensure that the Items on our website are presented as accurately as possible. However color clarity and minor manufacturing details may vary on your computer’s screen.
Before placing an order please take a moment to read through these Terms carefully.
All orders made using this website are to be considered as purchase offers in the conditions set, and are subject to the condition that products exist, that they have immediate availability and that shipping is possible according to the shipping company’s own terms.
Online purchases are processed with the assistance of a Barbara Briones online sales associate, and confirmed as soon as possible, on a first come first served basis. Orders are processed and shipped from Santiago, Chile. Prices shown on the Site are in Chilean pesos unless explicitly said otherwise (e.g. “US$” means U.S. Dollars).
In order for us to successfully process your order, your billing address MUST match the billing information on your credit card statement. We make no exceptions to this rule. We apologize for any inconvenience.
Our goal is to deliver your purchase as quickly as possible. All orders will be shipped on business days [Monday through Friday, excluding holidays]. Please allow 7 to 12 business days to receive your order.
The shipping cost will be added and will be shown at checkout.
Orders cannot be shipped to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses. Please note that shipping service is hired from third companies and we cannot take responsibility for delays that they may have, whatever the reason of the delay.
Please note that we only ship to Chile and the USA, we are working on expanding our service in order to meet our customer’s needs, and we apologize for any inconvenience.
If you wish to cancel or modify your order, please send us an email as soon as possible to firstname.lastname@example.org. We will be happy to assist and will make every effort to accommodate your request; however, once a product has left our premises for shipping, the purchase cannot be modified until the product has been returned to us. Please refer to our return policy for details.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, return the item in its original condition and with its original shipping box within 30 days. We will gladly exchange your item for another one.
Once an exchange is ready, your new item(s) will be shipped to you as soon as we receive your returning package and any additional payment which is required is fulfilled.
Shoes must be tried on a carpeted surface until you are certain you are keeping them.
Items must be returned new, unused, unmarked and in their original undamaged box as this is considered part of the product.
Shoes or products that are returned damaged, soiled, or without their original packaging box, or with marked, soiled or damaged soles will not be accepted. In this case you will receive an email notifying you the shipping costs to re-ship your items back to you.
You may return the goods by any secure means. We don’t assume any responsibility for reimbursement or compensation in the event that return packages are lost, stolen, or mishandled.
We reserve the right to refuse return of any merchandise that does not meet the return requirements listed above.

Please note that Refunds will only be issued in case of faulty or damaged products. Items marked “final sale” and/or “Discount” are not eligible for returns or exchanges for any reason.
We use PayPal and Webpay (soon) to process our payments. All major cards are accepted.
All Sale items are FINAL SALE. We apologize for any inconvenience.
Promotion codes are non-transferable. They cannot be used together with any other promotion code or offers. They must be redeemed by the date indicated. Product bought with promotional codes are considered Final sale and are not eligible for exchanges or refund.
The prices shown in our website are in Chilean pesos.
Customers purchasing from outside Chile will be charged with any and all taxes, customs rights, duties, or any other right or fee applicable. We recommend you contact your local customs authority to determine the costs before you make the purchase.
Goods are classified as faulty, if they are received damaged, or if a manufacturing defect occurs within six months of purchase. Please note that items that are damaged as a result of wear and tear are not considered to be faulty.
Where possible, we will offer to repair faulty items. If you would like to exchange your item, please be aware that we can only replace it for the same product in the same size, subject to availability. You will receive a full refund if the item cannot be repaired or replaced.
Receiving a refund
Refunds will only be issued in case of faulty or damaged items.
Your refund will be credited to the original purchaser’s credit card and will include shipping costs for faulty items.
Please note that card refunds may take up to 10 business days for your bank to complete, depending on their processing time. This can vary greatly between card issuers, and unfortunately we are unable to influence this.

Right to retract a sale
It’s left on record that the right contained on article 3 Bis of Chilean Law No 19.496 shall not be applicable on the website, and that the user agrees to abide by the terms of shopping, contracting and returns stated herein.
It’s left on record that BARBARABRIONES is a company domiciled in Chile and that users agree to abide by Chilean law. Parties, for all legal purposes, set their domicile in the city and comuna of Santiago, and extend jurisdiction to its courts of justice.
